When I’m hosting a party or get-together, I always think of serving a variety of tasty low carb dips, like this one and my Low Carb Sun-Dried Tomato Dip. They are the perfect party food because you can serve dippers with them that are keto, gluten-free or just regular so there is something for everyone.

CAN YOU FREEZE DILL DIP?
No, you probably shouldn’t freeze Dill Dip. It’s generally not recommended to freeze food that contains dairy like milk, cream cheese, sour cream, etc. Dairy tends to separate and change texture during freezing. This is okay if you will use the thawed dairy for baking or cooking, but not if you’re using it for dips or as a condiment.
Keto Creamy Dill Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream, reduced fat
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, snipped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp dried minced onion
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- pinch ground cayenne
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
