Best Low Carb Keto Homestyle Meatloaf is moist, tender and seriously easy to make! A few simple ingredients and 10 minutes are all you need to get this tasty loaf into the oven.

  • 2 pounds ground beef 80/20
  • 1/2 cup flax seed meal or almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup beef broth low sodium
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 cup Low Carb Barbecue Sauce Optional
  • 1 tsp snipped fresh parsley for garnish Optional


  • Preheat oven to 350°. 
  • In a large bowl, whisk together 1 - 2 minutes, flax seed meal, eggs, broth, garlic, onion powder, worcestershire sauce, italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  • Crumble ground beef into egg mixture and stir to combine.
  • On a sheet of foil, form beef mixture into a loaf . Transfer on foil to baking pan.
  • Brush on a thin layer of Low Carb Barbecue Sauce (optional).
  • Place baking pan on middle rack of oven and bake for 50 minutes.
  • Brush on additional layer of low carb barbecue sauce and let bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Meatloaf is fully cooked when a meat thermometer inserted into the center reads at least 160 degrees.
  • Let meatloaf stand for 10 minutes before slicing.


Baking on foil in pan makes clean up a breeze, but is optional.
Beef mixed into egg mixture will appear loose before forming into a loaf.
