Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large bowl, whisk together 1 - 2 minutes, flax seed meal, eggs, broth, garlic, onion powder, worcestershire sauce, italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Crumble ground beef into egg mixture and stir to combine.
On a sheet of foil, form beef mixture into a loaf . Transfer on foil to baking pan.
Brush on a thin layer of Low Carb Barbecue Sauce (optional).
Place baking pan on middle rack of oven and bake for 50 minutes.
Brush on additional layer of low carb barbecue sauce and let bake for another 10 minutes.
Meatloaf is fully cooked when a meat thermometer inserted into the center reads at least 160 degrees.
Let meatloaf stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
