LOW CARB SUN DRIED TOMATO DIP

Crazy delicious and super easy, try this and you'll never need another party dip recipe! Takes less than 5 minutes to make!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes chopped
  • 2 stems green onions thinly sliced about 2 TBSPS
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp sriracha
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until smooth and ingredients are combined.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with additional green onion slices. 

Notes

This dip is only mildly spicy. Adjust the amount of sriracha up or down to increase or decrease heat.
If using the packed in oil variety of tomatoes, wipe off any excess oil before chopping.
Dip can be made a few days ahead of serving. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator until use.
