To a small mixing bowl add soy sauce, garlic, ginger, low carb brown sugar and sriracha. Whisk to blend.
Add sesame oil and xanthan gum to a separate small bowl. Stir until completely blended. Pour into soy sauce mixture and whisk to blend.
Pour stir fry sauce over your cooked stir fry ingredients and toss to coat. Cook for 1 - 2 minutes over MED-HIGH heat. The sauce will continue to thicken.
