LOW CARB SUN-DRIED TOMATO DIP
It’s funny that inspiration can come from an unlikely place. While looking around World Market recently, I saw a packet of seasoning mix for sun-dried tomato dip. I didn’t buy the mix, but once I got home it got me thinking about how I could make my own low carb dip recipe.

With this tasty Low Carb Sun-Dried Tomato Dip recipe, you can stick to your diet and no one will know it is naturally Keto friendly. HOW DO YOU MAKE LOW CARB SUN-DRIED TOMATO DIP?
Talk about simple! This recipes calls for throwing the ingredients into a food processor and giving it a few pulses. If you don’t have a food processor, a blender will work too!
Chop up the green onions and sun dried tomatoes and add them to the food processor. This recipe was tested using the sun dried tomato variety that are dry packed, like you see dried fruit on the store shelves. They were not packed in oil from a jar. I like to buy them this way because the opened package can sit on a shelf, and not take up space in the refrigerator.
Then, add the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, sriracha and spices. Because everything is blended together, there’s no call to let the cream cheese soften before using it!
Blend everything together until smooth and serve!
USING REDUCED FAT INGREDIENTS FOR THIS SUN-DRIED TOMATO DIP
To reduce fat and calories, make this dip with reduced-fat cream cheese and sour cream. You can also substitute light mayonnaise for regular. I have tested this recipe using all reduced-fat ingredients (that’s what I usually buy) and it is amazing. Just know that using totally fat-free ingredients is not recommended because the dip may not blend well and separate.

LOW CARB SUN DRIED TOMATO DIP
- 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 stems green onions thinly sliced, about 2 TBSPS
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp sriracha
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Place all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until smooth and ingredients are combined.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with additional green onion slices.
